This position is full-time, Monday – Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
We offer on-the-job training. The hours during training will be 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday.

Primary Responsibilities:
Accountable for leading and driving top tier performance of COSMOS Case Installation supporting M&R products
Accountable for daily reporting/ inventory management including quality and turnaround times
Provide leadership to technical experts to achieve top tier performance
Leads Case Installation team to ensure quality and accuracy
Define and develop key performance metrics and drive end to end operational results within assigned function as well as within group set with a critical focus on quality
Demonstrate understanding of internal operations, workflow, policies, and procedures for new builds, market specific information, steady state configuration, validation of configuration, as well as migrations and special projects
Remain current and maintain expertise in relevant procedures, operations, systems, and tools applicable to installation/implementation
Lead a team of experts who resolve business problems that affect multiple functions or disciplines
Communicate and collaborate within matrix environment, develop partnerships with key business partners, customers, product owners, and technology
Highly focused on employee development and employee engagement of direct staff
Ensures departmental policies and procedures are followed and compliance requirements are met
Lead Case Installation team in cross functional projects and achieve timely and accurate deliverables
Utilize and improve the existing tools to measure performance and ensure consistent achievement of business objectives
Lead initiatives and drive change throughout organization, continue to look for opportunities for streamlining / automation
Use data to make fact-based decisions

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED
Must be 18 years of age OR older
5+ years of experience managing a staff including leaders such as supervisors and / OR managers
5+ years of experience managing production and budget in an operation / transaction environment
4+ years of track record experience at developing and executing on organization transformation
4+ years of project management experience
Experience in a matrix environment and being a people leader
Proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems, including Microsoft Excel (create, edit, sort, and pivot spreadsheets), Microsoft Word (create and edit documents) and Microsoft PowerPoint (create and edit presentations)
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Ability to work Monday – Friday, during our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of claim, implementation, OR benefit setup experience
2+ years of COSMOS experience
Telecommuting Requirements:
Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

The salary range for this role is $71,600 to $140,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
