ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Program Development & Implementation: Responsible for the creation and strategic roll-out of Remote Care’s Telehealth and HearAssist Programs, partnering with all stakeholders inc. Field Management, Ops, Marketing, Legal & Prof Dev.

Regulatory Compliance: Establish and lead committees for Remote Care Programs to define protocols and processes, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and other telemedicine guidelines.

Quality Assurance: Develop and maintain quality assurance processes, including auditing, reporting, and patient feedback.

Staffing & Training: Provide onboarding and ongoing support to center teams using the Programs. Work with Professional Development to create and maintain training materials, guides, and resources.

Technology Management: Define Best Practice Guidelines for Programs, including use of client portals, audiological assessment equipment, to ensure reliable, secure, and user-friendly experience for clients and center teams.

Insurance Billing: Work closely with Insurance Teams to standardize practices based on expectations of Insurance Plans. Ensure proper coding & documentation for reimbursement of services.

Financial Management: Develop and manage the Programs’ budgets. Track and report on financial performance including costs, revenue and ROI.

Strategic Planning: Identify opportunities for expanding the telehealth program, such as new services, target populations, or geographic reach. In the case of HearAssist, focus on dim/dark/overcapacity centers & leave coverage.

REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.

Advanced written communication skills.

Ability to communicate detailed or technical information clearly, accurately and concisely.

Ability to work quickly, accurately and independently in a fast paced environment

Adaptability and problem solving skills

Experience with retail preferred

3-5 year experience

Ability to work evenings and weekends, some travel may be required.

Salary: $75,000 – $90,000
