Responsibilities & Context

Lead, manage, and motivate a remote sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.

Conduct regular virtual meetings with the sales team to review performance, provide coaching, and share best practices.

Identify training needs and facilitate continuous learning and development opportunities for the sales team.

Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, ensuring high levels of engagement and morale.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closure of sales opportunities.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.

Utilize CRM software to manage customer relationships, sales activities, and track performance metrics.

APPLICANT SHOULD HAVE:

Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in the Real Estate Sales ( Apartment sale) .

Demonstrated success in leading and managing a remote sales team.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Ability to analyze client data, identify market trends, and make sure for closing deals..

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.

A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving sales success.
