Our client is a personal care e-commerce company specializing in natural lip care products. They are looking for a talented Creative/Marketing Analyst with experience in analyzing existing marketing performance and providing recommendations to join their team.

Time Commitment: 10-15 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze performance data across all content channels to identify trends, patterns, and insights

Provide clear, actionable recommendations on content optimization

Collaborate with the creative strategist to develop new hooks, scroll stoppers, and angles

Identify why specific content performs well or underperforms

Develop data-driven strategies for content iteration and improvement

Present findings in a clear, concise manner to various team members

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content performance

Requirements

Experience in content analysis, digital marketing analytics, or related field

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights

Proficiency with analytics tools and platforms

Understanding of social media and digital content performance metrics

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Experience in creative content strategy is a plus
