For a Data Analyst with a strong foundation in data science and technical expertise to join our dynamic team. This role is critical for developing data-driven solutions to complex challenges in a high-scale e-commerce environment, where precision and actionable insights drive performance.

Build data pipelines and optimize ETL workflows to ensure seamless integration across diverse data sources
Develop and deploy predictive and causal models to derive actionable insights, forecast trends, and address critical business questions
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to define key business questions and deliver advanced analytics solutions that guide decision-making
Work with structured and unstructured data to perform data wrangling, preprocessing, and validation, ensuring data accuracy and defining a reliable source of truth for critical metrics
Design and maintain interactive dashboards for stakeholders, conduct ad-hoc analyses, and provide consultative insights on key performance metrics
Lead and execute root cause analyses to diagnose and resolve challenges in areas such as e-commerce sales, user acquisition and user retention
Proactively enhance monitoring processes, identify anomalies and trends, and implement solutions to improve customer value and operational efficiency
We expect you to
Have a degree in Computer Science, Economics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent experience in machine learning, data mining, and feature engineering
Demonstrate proven expertise in predictive modeling, causal inference, and applying these techniques to solve real-world business challenges
Possess advanced proficiency in SQL, including expertise in query optimization, data manipulation, and debugging complex scripts
Have strong programming skills in Python, with experience in key libraries and frameworks for building reproducible data workflows
Be familiar with ETL processes, data warehouse concepts, and the ability to design and manage scalable data infrastructure (a plus)
Have experience in e-commerce analytics (a plus)
Be proficient with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau, QlikView) for creating compelling visualizations and driving data democratization
Translate complex analytical insights into business-friendly language, effectively engaging a wide range of stakeholders
Have a solid understanding of digital marketing KPIs, subscription-based business models, and lifecycle metrics
Be fluent in English and Lithuanian
Have experience with MLOps platforms such as Metaflow, BentoML, or KubeFlow for operationalizing machine learning workflows (bonus skill)
Have hands-on experience scaling analytics and data science pipelines in global e-commerce or high-growth industries (bonus skill)
Salary
Gross salary range is 3800 – 5100 EUR/month.
Location
This position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
