Duration: 5-8 months

Are you passionate about marketing, branding, and communications? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Marketing & Communications Intern. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in pioneering our employer branding efforts to attract top talents. You will be working closely with the HR Team to build a robust marketing library, create engaging social media content, and design eye-catching graphics.

You should be able to learn quickly and work independently – we’ll help you as best as we can, but you must be tenacious and resourceful enough to figure out things you don’t know how to do.

Responsibilities

Marketing Library Development: Collaborate with the HR Team to create and maintain a comprehensive marketing library, including materials such as employee testimonials, company culture showcases, and branding resources.

Social Media Content Creation: Develop and manage content for our social media platforms to amplify our employer brand. Create engaging posts, stories, and campaigns to attract potential talent.

Graphic Design: Design visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials, including social media posts, presentations, and promotional materials.

Employer Branding: Work closely with the HR Team to articulate and promote our company values to potential employees through marketing initiatives.

Online Presence Initiative: Be an integral part of a new HR-driven initiative to establish a strong online presence for candidates. Assist in developing and executing strategies to enhance our visibility and engagement with potential talent.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and content for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with our employer branding goals.

Ideation & Enhancement: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, offering valuable suggestions, creative ideas, and constructive feedback to continually improve our employer branding strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree students/fresh graduates in Marketing, Communications, and New Media.

Proficiency in social media platforms and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

A creative mindset with a keen eye for design and content creation.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrate a high level of ownership and accountability. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Strong in problem-solving and comfortable with ambiguity.

Commitment to a minimum of 5-8 months for the internship (full-time).
