The Engagement Solutions team is a client marketing and health engagement consulting arm of UnitedHealthcare member marketing that specializes in the development of end-to-end engagement strategies, communication plans and health activation campaigns and materials.
Marketing Consultants manage a portfolio of clients and collaborate across the enterprise to deliver seamless multi-channel communications that enhance the overall member experience.
This position is responsible for leading the development and execution of innovative member marketing plans for our National Accounts line of business. The successful candidate will excel in fast-paced environments, have demonstrated experience interacting with external clients, experience managing the execution of communication plans and contribute to UnitedHealthcare’s transition to digitally focused and experience driven content.
If you are located in Minneapolis, MN, you will have the flexibility to work remotely*, as well as work in the office as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage a roster of UnitedHealthcare National Account clients; partner with internal stakeholders and consult with assigned clients to increase member engagement and support a wide variety of marketing and communication needs
Gain understanding of and consult on core marketing offerings that serve as foundation to all client strategies
Leverage data and analytics to develop consumer marketing strategies that align to client priorities
Collaborate with creative partners on the development of compelling consumer marketing campaigns or collateral for each customer that adhere to legal, privacy, compliance and brand requirements
Using internal tools and processes, establish and manage project plans and schedules with cross functional teams to make sure all impacted stakeholders understand the project, deliverables, milestones and timing
Manage the execution of marketing materials end-to-end, with a heavy emphasis on project management to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with a commitment to high quality outcomes that align to client objectives
Work with all internal and external cross functional teams including fulfillment, email, analytics, creative, consultant and data in email, digital and print projects
Manage competing priorities and timelines of cross functional team
Develop post-campaign performance reports that demonstrate behavior change and ROI
Serve as subject matter expert to internal and external customers

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of consumer marketing experience
Experience planning, executing and measuring marketing campaigns
Experience establishing and managing timelines across multiple projects simultaneously
Experience writing creative briefs and reviewing marketing materials
Experience presenting to clients or Executive stakeholders
Demonstrated solid writing and communication skills
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with WorkFront project management system * Experience nurturing and cultivating client relationships
Creative agency experience
Knowledge/experience within the health care industry
Demonstrated success working in a self-directed role with a high degree of autonomy
Demonstrated excellent planning and organization skills with demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines while implementing projects in a health care or other highly regulated industry
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with partners in a highly matrixed organization

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
