POSITION AVAILABLE: Marketing Coordinator – Full time – Mumbai (Hybrid) or Remote
Position Summary:
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our sales and marketing initiatives. Ideal candidates are proactive learners and creative problem solvers who demonstrate effective time management skills. Additionally, they must be proficient in PowerPoint design.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the APAC (India, Philippines, Singapore, Dubai) Regional Marketing Manager and Global Marketing Team, including Global Marketing Roadmap contribution and local initiatives. Activities include:
a) Assist the sales teams to complete RFPs (language best practices, PowerPoint and Word proposals, Excel forms).
b) Support the execution of mass email marketing campaigns as requested via the Marketing Service Desk, ensuring content accuracy, segmentation, and timely delivery.
c) Create, proofread, and edit marketing content, such as social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional material. We use Canva for media design and collaboration.
d) Support event planning and execution, including logistics and attendee coordination

Marketing Service Desk Timeliness * Email Marketing
RFP and Proposal Support
Social Media Engagement and Growth
Associated Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:
Preferred at least min 3-5 years’ work experience.
English – Professional Working Proficiency.
High competency with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Competency Skills:
To excel in this role, the candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines. Expect daily challenges and chances to grow.
Strong communication, writing, and problem-solving skills are necessary. Respect others while handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of social media best practices is a must. We celebrate creativity and innovation.
Programs utilized weekly: Canva, Instapage, Hootsuite, PowerPoint, WordPress. Experience is a plus. The willingness to learn is even better.
Reports to: Marketing Manager – IN with dotted line reporting to CMO – Chief Marketing Officer.
Location: Remote, Mumbai – in-person, and hybrid options.
CTC offered – Min 4.5 Lacs – Max 6.50 Lacs. p.a.
