In this role, you’ll be working closely with the Director to develop and implement an omnichannel marketing strategy that promotes the client’s properties and brand.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
· Drive marketing strategies across digital, print, and social media platforms to maximize reach.
· Design impactful marketing materials like flyers, brochures, and ads for property promotions.
· Collaborate with the Director to plan and launch creative marketing campaigns.
· Create compelling content for social media, emails, and websites to engage potential clients.
· Enhance online presence through SEO, increasing organic traffic and brand visibility.
· Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
· Edit videos to enrich marketing content across various platforms.
· Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
· Manage external vendors and agencies when needed to support marketing efforts.
What We’re Looking For – You’re the perfect fit if you:
· Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· Bring proven marketing experience, especially in the real estate sector.
· Have strong graphic design and video editing skills, with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
· Are well-versed in digital marketing strategies, including SEO and SEM.
· Are proficient in marketing analytics tools and social media management platforms.
· Excel in both written and verbal communication.
· Think creatively and can develop innovative marketing campaigns that stand out.
