Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Data Analyst to join our team at Qallann Marketing Agency. This role is essential for transforming data into actionable insights that will drive strategic marketing decisions and enhance our clients’ overall performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a passion for data, and a keen understanding of marketing metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, analyse, and interpret marketing data from various sources (e.g., social media, email campaigns, website analytics, CRM).
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Google Looker Studio or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing effectiveness.
Conduct A/B testing and multivariate analysis to assess the impact of marketing campaigns and strategies.
Collaborate with marketing teams to identify data needs and provide actionable recommendations based on findings.
Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
Perform social listening and search listening analyses to derive insights from customer sentiment and search trends.
Support the development of marketing strategies by providing insights into customer behaviour, preferences, and demographics.
Assist in data cleaning and preparation to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within marketing or a related field.
Proficient in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, SQL, Tableau, Google Looker Studio, Power BI).
Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, KPIs, and analytics.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.
