The Job in a Nutshell💡
The Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives across the Kuwait & GCC region. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the F&B sector, as well as the unique market dynamics within the GCC countries. The Marketing Lead will report to the Marketing Manager of UAE &GCC and will collaborate closely with regional sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
What Will You Do❓
Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and implement region-specific marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs of each GCC market.
Budget Management: Oversee and manage the marketing budget for the GCC & Kuwait region, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimization of ROI.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns across the Kuwait & GCC, with a focus on driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
Market Analysis: Conduct detailed market research and analysis to understand trends, competition, an opportunities within the GCC markets.
Sales Collaboration: Work closely with regional sales teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with sales goals, providing support to enhance sales performance across the Kuwait & GCC.
Community Engagement: Lead efforts to engage with the F&B community in the GCC, building and nurturing relationships that enhance brand visibility and customer loyalty.
Reporting: Regularly report on the performance of marketing campaigns, provide insights on market trends, recommend strategic adjustments to improve outcomes.
What Are We Looking For❓
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the F&B sector or a related industry, with a focus on the GCC markets.
Proven experience in developing and managing marketing strategies, campaigns, and budgets.
Strong understanding of the market dynamics and consumer behavior in the GCC region, excluding UAE.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
