We’re Hiring: Marketing / Business Development Manager
Location: Algeria (Remote & On-Site) | Expansion: France & Dubai

Ignite Technologies – a fast-growing software and digital solutions company based in Dubai – is expanding its footprint into Algeria, and France. We’re looking for a dynamic, creative, and growth-driven Marketing or Business Development Manager to lead our digital presence and drive client acquisition strategies across these regions.
What You’ll Do
Lead and execute modern, trend-based digital marketing strategies to boost Ignite’s visibility
Focus on generating new B2B clients – especially mid to large companies – in Algeria, Dubai, and our upcoming France branch
Manage and grow our presence across social media, web, and digital channels
Strategize and implement campaigns to position Ignite as a top-tier software development partner
Collaborate with our design and development teams to create compelling client-focused content
Research and identify new business opportunities, client leads, and market trends
Attend or lead meetings with prospective clients, representing Ignite professionally and persuasively
What We’re Looking For
Candidate with strong communication and leadership skills
2+ years of experience in digital marketing or business development, ideally in the tech industry
Proven ability to create growth through inbound and outbound marketing strategies
Familiar with CRM tools, performance analytics, and marketing automation
Strategic thinker with a creative flair and a go-getter attitude
Fluency in French and English is a strong advantage. With arabic as native
