We are seeking a creative and collaborative Marketing Manager to join our client’s dynamic team in Luanda, Angola (Remote). Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and working closely with teams across the business, the Marketing Manager will drive the strategy, creation, and distribution of compelling marketing communications, promotions, and campaigns across various media channels in Angola. The primary goals are to drive customer acquisition, increase revenue, and enhance brand awareness.
Your key job responsibilities as the Marketing Manager in Luanda, Angola (Remote) will include:

Develop and maintain the marketing proposition, collaborating with the CMO, internal teams, agencies, and media suppliers to support growth strategies.

Lead campaign planning and execution, including the preparation of campaign materials and performance reports.

Oversee the production of campaign assets with the internal design team and external agencies.

Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking.

Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation related to operations and marketing communications.

Work with the Business Intelligence team to analyze marketing activities, align with budgets and targets, and implement action plans for underperforming results.

Collaborate with Country Managers to create localized marketing programs that reflect market conditions and competitive strategies.

Develop tactical and long-term marketing strategies with a proactive and reactive approach to channel acquisition opportunities.

Create innovative, cost-effective campaigns that support brand positioning and enhance brand metrics.

Partner with the performance marketing team to define, manage, and optimize all marketing acquisition channels using internal resources and external agencies.

Regularly report campaign performance, channel effectiveness, testing results, and marketing innovations to the CMO and executive team.

Monitor and optimize customer journeys, including site behavior, onboarding, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Manage and maximize media and creative agency relationships for optimal effectiveness.

Requirements for this Marketing Manager job in Luanda, Angola (Remote):

A minimum of 3 years in a marketing role, preferably within the online betting and gaming industry.

Experience managing media budgets and executing cross-channel marketing strategies.

Proven track record in strategy development, campaign delivery, and optimization across both offline and online paid media channels.

Comprehensive knowledge of the marketing channel mix, including Digital, Out-of-Home (OOH), Above-the-Line (ATL) channels, Traditional media, influencers, and sponsorship.
