Position Overview:
The Marketing Operations Strategy Manager will be a key player in driving the strategic direction of our marketing operations, ensuring that our products align with the needs and wants of the American consumer. This role will be integral in defining how our products differentiate from factory-manufactured goods and will have a significant influence on how we engage with our audience through content and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of American culture, consumer behavior, and social media trends while working closely with our paid ads team and marketing leadership to execute impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of strategies that differentiate our products from mass-market, factory-made goods. Ensure the brand resonates with the American audience and stands out as a premium choice in the market.

Social Media Management: Manage social media channels, ensuring they reflect the brand’s voice, align with American cultural trends, and drive engagement with our target audience.

Influencer & Affiliate Program Management: Collaborate with influencers and affiliate partners to create and manage campaigns that increase brand awareness and product visibility.

Content Engagement: Work to increase the frequency with which consumers encounter and engage with our product content through paid and organic strategies. Focus on fostering community and consumer loyalty through compelling content and creative campaigns.

Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with the paid ads team and the marketing leadership to ensure alignment in paid media strategies, content creation, and overall marketing efforts.

Market Research & Analytics: Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Make informed decisions based on data insights, leveraging tools like Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets to assess performance, identify trends, and optimize marketing strategies for better outcomes.

Cultural Fit & Market Understanding: Ensure that all marketing strategies and content reflect the cultural nuances of the U.S. market, creating products and messages that resonate with American consumers and address their specific needs.

Qualifications:

3-5+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a focus on strategy development and execution.

Proven track record in influencer management, social media strategy, and content marketing.

Strong understanding of American consumer behavior, market trends, and cultural fit.

Experience working with cross-functional teams, including paid media, content creators, and leadership.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets for analyzing and reporting on marketing data.

Analytical mindset with the ability to utilize data to drive decisions and optimize strategies.

Passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends and a deep understanding of social media platforms.
