Job Title: Marketing/Recruitment Specialist
Job Description:
The employee will primarily support recruiting functions, focusing on phone-based recruitment activities. Additionally, the employee will assist with brand, marketing, and partnership functions. This role involves performing recruitment duties such as acting as the first point of contact for candidates, conducting phone screenings, and managing applicant communications. The employee will manage department meeting schedules, create agendas, take meeting notes, and perform other marketing and recruitment-related tasks as determined by the Marketing Director.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and prepare reports.

Answer call and email inquiries related to marketing.

Maintain marketing files and records.

Manage department meeting schedules, create agendas, and take meeting notes.

Recruitment Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for qualified candidates for specific job openings through phone calls.

Provide information about job opportunities to potential candidates via phone.

Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.

Screen and refer candidates for additional interviews within the organization.

Coordinate communications with applicants primarily through phone calls.

File and maintain employment records for future reference.

General Administrative Responsibilities:

Manage databases and filing systems.

Attend ongoing training to ensure knowledge of the most up-to-date internal policies and compliance with industry laws and regulations.

Perform other duties as required by business needs.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in recruitment.
