Your role:

You will own marketing campaigns for the Quadient Intelligent Communications Automation solution line in Asia, including ASEAN and North Asia. Your role oversees campaigns in a variety of formats, and you are responsible for the sole purpose of driving demand, whether direct or via partner channel.

Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, International Operations, you own the marketing plan for your solution area and regions; specifically owning and executing campaigns while working with the global team on pipeline generation campaigns. You will work independently with little to moderate supervision, and you’ll collaborate with sales and the customer engagement team, as well as global product and marketing teams to localise and execute the GTM strategy at the regional level.

What you will do:

You will deliver the Intelligent Communications Automation (ICA) marketing campaign portfolio for Asia, across digital, paid media, webinar, event, telemarketing executing direct and through partners (support for Australia & New Zealand (ANZ) campaigns may be required from time to time).

You will work closely with the sales, customer engagement, product and global marketing organisation on the creation and execution of the demand generation plan, and you will coordinate with internal experts, such as designers, content authors, product experts and sales to drive and support all campaign activity,

You’ll collaborate with the global marketing campaigns team on localising campaign content to drive demand regionally and you’ll engage and manage suppliers, vendors, and agencies to deliver on campaigns.

You’ll deliver end to end management of campaigns to drive brand awareness and pipeline (inquiries, marketing qualified leads, sales opportunities), tracking, measuring, and reporting on demand generation campaigns for Asia and driving ROI from campaigns.

Work within a budget, you will write, edit, and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns, ensuring that the organisation’s brand and identity is adhered and respected in campaigns and in all communication channels, and you’ll share best practices across regions and corporate marketing.

What you bring:

You have proven experience in marketing communications and/or campaign/program management experience in the Software industry or related environment, you most likely come from either a CXM or SaaS company.

You have proven experience in marketing communications and/or campaign/program management experience and you can demonstrate your experience in running integrated marketing campaigns for a B2B technology company, and your strong understanding of the considerations for regional, industry, and audience variances within the campaign plan.

You’re great at conceptualising, developing, and executing an integrated demand generation campaign plan tied to demand generation targets.

You possess outstanding communication skills and you’re able to work as part of a team, you have a successful track record of executing programs with team members that are responsible for tasks, but not direct reports or are in different functional teams.

You are independent, accountable, and a high energy self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and work in a growth environment with experience to work cross-function, build credibility and relationships,

You have proven experience with technologies such as Salesforce.com and marketing automation solutions such as Eloqua, Marketo, Marketing Cloud or Pardot and you’re highly detail oriented.

Prior experience with partner marketing highly favourable, and prior experience with Japan marketing would be a benefit but not essential.
