About the Role:
RadarHire is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Marketing Technology Coordinator to support client onboarding processes and CRM automation. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience and a strong understanding of CRM platforms, marketing automation, and web technologies.
You will play a key role in onboarding new clients using a white-labeled CRM built on the HighLevel (Go High Level) platform. The role involves configuring automation, setting up integrations, and offering technical support for digital marketing tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboard new clients onto our white-labeled High Level CRM platform.
Customize and automate CRM workflows tailored to each client.
Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to integrate client data and assets.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CRM tools and campaign setups.
Provide documentation and training as needed for internal teams and clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing technology and CRM platforms.
Proficient in High Level (Go High Level) CRM automation is highly preferred.
Comfort with internet coding languages: HTML, CSS, Java, and JSON.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
