We are currently seeking a Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our own team at Paired. As a Marketing VA, you will support the marketing efforts of our agency, assisting with various tasks to help promote our services and attract top talent.
Responsibilities:

Create and schedule social media content across various platforms.

Designing brochures, and instructions, pitch decks, apps for updating websites

Monitor and engage with followers and users on social media.

Assist in the management of email marketing campaigns.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis.

Assist in content creation for blog posts, email newsletters, and website updates.

Support the planning and execution of virtual events or webinars.

Coordinate with graphic designers and other team members to develop marketing materials.

Track and analyze marketing data, including website traffic and social media engagement.

Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

Able to website updates in Wix, some redesign based on existing Wix templates.

Polishing instructions for clean presentation, clear layout etc.

Creating icons specific to our product

Polishing presentation decks/designing certain slides

Creating Linked in posts etc.

Requirements:

Previous experience in marketing, social media management, or related roles.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in social media platforms and scheduling tools.

Familiarity with email marketing software and analytics platforms.

Basic knowledge of market research and content creation.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Experience with graphic design software is a plus.

Passion for remote work and contributing to a positive team culture.
