The Challenges

This position plays a role in assisting our Global Category Manager in one of our projects named Anime Metaverse.
What You Can Expect To Work On

Assisting the planning and implementation of merchandising strategies

Negotiating the costs for merchandise production, inventory, and logistics

Assisting the tracking inventory movement, identifying trends, monitoring supply and demand, and making necessary arrangements for inventory optimisation

Collaborating with the marketing department to brainstorm new projects, campaigns, and business ideas; and

Any other related tasks as agreed by both parties

Requirements

What You Need to Succeed

Anime Lovers: You have a passion for the anime industry is a plus

Knowledge: Have knowledge of category management, retail production, marketing and sales principles

Analytical: Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods

Self-starter: You are motivated to work on your own initiatives without needing to be told

Can-do attitude: You are eager and willing to accept and work on challenges

Communication: Excellent communication and people skills

Language: Fluent in Mandarin is a plus

Tools: Proficient in MS Office/Google Suite
