Canibuild Marketplace assists builders with pre-construction needs by offering drafting services and support. We operate in Australia and the USA, with a dedicated team in India.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting and Detailing:
Create detailed 2D and 3D construction drawings for pools, sheds, houses, and other structures as required.
Prepare Good for Construction, Shop Drawings, and Approval Drawings.
Compliance:
Ensure all drawings adhere to building codes and local regulations in Australia and the USA.
Project Management:
Manage workload to meet project deadlines.
Prioritize tasks and handle client requests efficiently.
Collaboration:
Work closely with builders and architects to understand project requirements.
Coordinate with the global team to ensure consistency and quality.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 6 years’ experience as an Architectural or Civil Draughtsperson.
Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp; knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
Strong understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
Excellent communication skills in English.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
