Responsibilities:
Provide services to IT & business users by ensuring system performance and developing recommendations for corrections or improvements
Manage infrastructure services including middleware, system monitoring and remote access services
Provide technical support and installation for new project implement with those infrastructure services
Requirements:
Diploma graduate, preferably major in Computer Science related subjects or equivalent; OR Preferable over 5 years experience in IT sector cover the following:
Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of project
Ensuring all projects are delivered on-time and within scope
Sound knowledge in IT infrastructure services, such as SevOne, Tivoli, MDM (MobileIron), Remote Access (F5, Citrix), APM (Dynatrace) & Microservices (OpenShift)
With knowledge in middleware products (IBM WAS, Weblogic, JBoss)
With cloud service support experience will be preferable
A team player with good communication skills and risk awareness
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Cantonese is preferable
Self-motivated and good problem solving skills
