You will design, implement, test ML pipelines for predicting molecular properties using biological sequential data.

Skills and Experiences Required:
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate within a team, self-motivated and quick learner
At least 3 years of experience with Python, specifically with record of implementation of machine learning models in Pytorch
Container technologies experience – Docker, Kubernetes, etc
Bachelor’s degree in computer science/mathematics/related field
Fluent Japanese and English
Proficient understanding of various deep learning methods.
Good to have interest in the field of drug discovery
