Responsibilities :- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp to engage with potential clients and nurture leads.- Create, manage, and optimize online advertisements across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to drive traffic and generate leads.- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.- Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials.- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies are current and effective.- Assist in managing and updating the company website and ensuring SEO best practices are implemented.Requirements :- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing in real estate field.- Proficiency in using Mailchimp for email marketing campaigns.- Experience in creating and managing ads on platforms such as Google, Facebook, and Instagram.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.- Excellent communication and writing skills.- Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent (ref:updazz.com)
