Position : Mobile Engineer – Accra
Remotown is a dynamic start-up that aims to revolutionize the global job market. Responsibilities :
You will be joining our client’s engineering team, working with developers, product managers and designers to add new features and updates to our mobile app.

Engineer the user facing experience for the web from design mockups to code.

Build performant, reusable code and libraries with the goal of creating a design system to scale front end development.

Build and use automated testing systems for continuous deployment.

Collaborate with design and product management for best UI implementation for a smooth user experience, including participating in design sprints.

Be an active member of the Team, advocating for best practices and solutions.

Passionate with a desire to deliver world-class products

Organised and self-motivated

An excellent communicator (verbally and written), capable of inspiring colleagues and clients

Personable and easygoing

Open to constructive criticism from your team to benefit project development

Always eager to learn and share knowledge

Comfortable with pressure and deadlines and can work in a fast-paced environment

Required profile for job ad : Mobile Engineer – Accra

Experience/Familiarity with Flutter state management (especially BLoC, Riverpod/Provider, and GetIt)

Some experience designing architectural solutions and SOLID design principles

Familiarity with continuous integration solutions such as CircleCI

Familiarity with RESTful APIs

Familiarity with Git version control

Experience integrating with REST API’s.

Strong team player, ability to work in cross-functional teams with marketing, product, design, engineering, operations and partners

Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.

Commercial experience of building Android and iOS apps using Flutter

Commercial experience of building native apps

Strong experience of various testing methodologies

Ability to communicate complex subject matter to non technical shareholders
