Reports to: Mobilisation Manager

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 depending on experience

Job Summary:

The Mobilisation Specialist is responsible for managing the mobilisation process for operational schemes through the transition process into an operational state.

The role includes the demobilisation transfers of outgoing managed properties to clients or third-party operators.

To help provide a professional service to our clients by assisting to deliver onboarding mobilisation solutions to a broad range of developers and investors across the UK.

This is a key role within Yugo, consulting with all areas of the business, to ensure onboarding and demobilisation projects are successfully delivered whilst ensuring client satisfaction.

The role also involves the implementation and management of continuous improvement across an expanding student accommodation portfolio.

Responsibilities:

Onboarding operational schemes

Consult with clients regarding KYC information required to arrange client bank accounts.

Attend meetings with owners, outgoing operators and other third parties to lead process of onboarding.

Provide all parties with requests for onboarding information and documentation required to onboard properties and manage exchange of information.

Support and coordinate all internal departments to ensure all information required is provided, reviewed, and processed accordingly.

Attend and arrange regular onboarding project meetings as required.

Manage the onboarding process to ensure all tasks are completed timely and the project is successfully delivered.

Demobilisation

Attend meetings with owners, incoming operators and other third parties to lead process of demobilisation.

Help to review, collate, and provide demobilisation information requested by the client or new operator.

Create shared folders for the transfer of data as required.

Manage the demobilisation process to ensure all information is transferred timely.

Regularly provide updates on progress and manage the project to ensure it is successfully completed.

Attend and arrange regular demobilisation project meetings as required.

Reporting

Complete reports as and when required for Directors and the Senior Management Team

Diarise monthly reports and ensure deadlines are met

Complete reports as and when required for clients

Ensure accurate records are always kept from any inductions, raining and reports

Any other reports reasonably requested by the Senior management Team

Min: GBP £40,000.00/Yr. Max: GBP £45,000.00/Yr.
