Fully remote within Lithuania
What You’ll Do

Ensuring the company complies with local and international laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g. AML, financial regulations)

Developing and implementing company-wide policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate AML compliance risks

Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Preparing and submitting compliance-related reports to regulatory bodies, senior management, and other stakeholders

Providing compliance training for employees and ensuring ongoing compliance awareness across the organization

Investigating compliance violations, handling risk assessments, and proposing corrective actions when necessary

Assessing risks related to non-compliance and managing risk mitigation strategies

What You Bring to the Table

Expertise in financial services regulation, fraud detection strategies, and the latest developments in financial crime and money laundering techniques

Ability to exercise oversight and understanding of financial crime and AML policies, procedures, and control arrangements in a complex financial operation

Deep knowledge of the local and EU regulatory environment and key financial crime regimes

A bachelor’s/master’s degree

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian (additional languages are a plus)

Professional certifications such as ICA, ACAMS, CySEC AML, or similar are a big advantage

Based in Lithuania – MUST

What You’ll Get

A salary of 4000 – 5500 EUR Gross / month depending on your experience
