Compensation & Other Benefits
Salary Range:
The monthly salary range for this position is 35,000 to 80,000 BDT, depending on your experience and qualifications.
Benefits:
Salary Review: Salary will be reviewed annually, with the potential for adjustments based on performance and company policies.
Festival Bonus: You will be eligible for 2 festival bonuses per year, as per company policy.
Additional Benefits: Other benefits may be provided according to company policy.
