Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Monitor and evaluate program performance, providing actionable recommendations.
Build and nurture partnerships with stakeholders and communities.
Oversee resource and budget management efficiently.
Develop comprehensive reports and funding proposals.
Collaborate with remote teams using digital platforms like Zoom and Slack.
Ideal Candidate:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, International Development, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience: 3+ years in program management, particularly within NGOs.
Skills: Proficiency in project management, M&E frameworks, and digital tools.
Language: Fluent in English (additional languages are advantageous).

What We’re Looking For
🎓 Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Social Sciences, International Development, or related fields.
💼 3+ years of program management experience, preferably in NGOs.
