Key Responsibilities
Source, engage, and attract qualified candidates for diverse positions.
Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and suitability.
Build and sustain meaningful relationships with candidates and clients alike.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and job specifications.
Utilize online platforms and job boards to enhance candidate outreach.
Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing insights and support.
Present well-suited candidates to clients, showcasing their strengths and experiences.
Requirements
Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Proven organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
