Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and job requirements.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications.
Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain organized records of candidate information and recruitment processes.
Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Requirements
Fluency in Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic) and English is essential.
No prior recruitment experience is needed; comprehensive training will be provided.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for assisting candidates.
Familiarity with online recruitment tools and platforms is a bonus.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
A strong interest in building a career in recruitment and connecting talent with opportunities.
