Your Role:
Source and engage potential candidates for a variety of exciting job openings
Conduct friendly screenings and interviews in both Norwegian and English
Build strong relationships with clients and candidates-enthusiasm is key!
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their unique staffing needs
Keep our candidate databases organized and updated with accurate records
Provide stellar support throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience
Contribute innovative ideas to enhance our recruitment strategies
Requirements:
Fluency in Norwegian and English is a must-your language skills will shine!
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role
Self-motivated individuals who thrive independently and as part of a team will fit right in
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about recruitment is vital
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail will help you excel
No prior recruitment experience is needed-comprehensive training will be provided!
Familiarity with job boards and social media for candidate sourcing is a plus
