Conduct friendly interviews and screenings in Norwegian and English
Build meaningful relationships with clients and candidates-your people skills are key!
Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp their hiring needs
Keep our candidate records organized and up-to-date
Support every step of the recruitment process to create a positive experience
Share your ideas and help us find new ways to attract great talent
Requirements:
You must be fluent in both Norwegian and English-let’s make those connections!
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential-bring your friendly personality!
We’re looking for self-starters who can work independently but also love being part of a team
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn are what we value most!
Great attention to detail and organizational skills will help you stand out!
No prior recruitment experience is required; we’ll provide all the training you need!
Familiarity with online job boards and social media for sourcing candidates is a plus!
