Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls in English and enter data into CRM to schedule jobs for technicians to be dispatched based on job proximity, technician availability, and other parameters. Perform additional duties as assigned. Make follow-up calls for schedule adjustments.
Requirements:
Fluency in English. Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with standard office software (MS Office). Data entry. CRM Proficiency. Ability to learn and utilize customer relationship management software.
