Position : Office Assistant – Remote
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a proactive attitude and a willingness to assist with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner

Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Maintain office supplies inventory, order supplies when needed, and ensure office equipment is functioning

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Organize and maintain office filing systems, both electronic and paper-based

Assist with data entry, document preparation, and general office organization

Support senior staff with special projects as needed

Maintain office cleanliness and ensure a welcoming environment

Provide administrative support to other departments as necessary

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

Previous office or administrative experience is a plus

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Occasional overtime may be required
