Duties & Responsibilities

Operations Administration Management: Oversee the effective management of operations and administrative functions.

Mobilization & Demobilization Plans: Compile and manage mobilization and demobilization plans.

Contract Management: Understand and manage contract opening/closing procedures, including safety file compliance.

Brand Image & Standards: Ensure brand image is upheld in client-facing facilities and regional offices, and support site merchandising standards.

Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and act on customer satisfaction survey results.

Office Management: Manage executive schedules, office operations, and ensure efficient filing, correspondence, and requisitions.

Staff Relations & Reporting: Oversee internal staff relations and ensure effective administration and timely report submissions.

Vendor & Equipment Coordination: Manage orders, coordinate with IT on office equipment, and oversee business tools and stationery management.

Financial & Travel Administration: Handle invoice sign-offs, expense claims, travel bookings, and catering arrangements for events.

Project Management & Communication: Participate in ad hoc projects, business reviews, and provide monthly communication updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

National Senior Certificate

National Diploma in Management, Hospitality or revelant qualification
