The Role
Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Online Tutor at Filo. The Online Tutor will be responsible for conducting interactive video sessions, explaining concepts, assisting students with problem-solving, and ensuring a positive learning experience. Tutors are expected to be available to help students in real-time and make learning engaging and effective.

Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to explain complex concepts clearly
Experience in tutoring or teaching
Patience and empathy towards students
Knowledge of various subjects or specialized areas
Comfortable using online tutoring platforms
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet student needs
Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field
