Job Description
We are looking for a colleague, who would join our team as a Operational Technology System Administrator (OTSA) and play a crucial role in ensuring day-to-day management, maintenance, and security of our organization’s Operational Technology systems. Your key areas of responsibilities will be:
Lead high-level configuration of the OT system for optimal performance.
Implement and maintain OT protocols for real-time monitoring and control of wind turbine operations.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels.
Provide support for user-related issues to ensure a secure and efficient experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless onboarding and functionality.
Work with IT teams to resolve broader system or network challenges.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Computer Science or System Administrator preferred)
Have experience in a system administrator role
Have experience in operational technology system administration, particularly in the wind energy sector (would be an advantage)
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Are able to work effectively under pressure and handle emergency situations
Have good communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Have in-depth knowledge of OT protocols, cybersecurity practices, and user management.
