We are a dynamic and growing fashion business committed to providing exceptional products and customer service. As we expand, we’re looking for a motivated Operations Manager to join our team and help streamline our day-to-day operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
– Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
– Manage customer support channels to ensure a seamless experience.
Inventory & Product Management:
– Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely product uploads and updates on our online store.
– Oversee product listings and ensure accurate and compelling descriptions and images.
Supplier Coordination:
– Liaise with our agents and suppliers in China regarding stock orders, logistics, and order fulfillment.
– Maintain effective communication with suppliers to resolve any issues that may arise.
Operational Efficiency:
– Keep detailed records of orders, customer interactions, and inventory statuses.
– Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in operations, customer service, or inventory management; e-commerce experience is a plus.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Proficiency with online tools and software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, and project management platforms).
– Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
– Familiarity with the e-commerce best practices is preferred.
Job Details:
– Position: Part-Time
– Hours: Approximately 10 hours per week (with potential for more as the business grows)
– Location: Remote (Philippines-based candidates preferred)
