Currently, we are seeking an Operations Strategy Manager to join our team and drive the growth and development of our company.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with the company’s goals and objectives, focusing on enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction.
Identify, analyze, and redesign operational processes to streamline workflows.
Provide first-class customer support to our clients, ensuring their success in using Paired services.
Overseeing day to day operations for recruiting clients
Collaborate with marketing team to ensure client satisfaction, including overseeing service delivery, resolving issues.
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, operations management, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
Proven experience (X+ years) in a strategic operations or similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management and process improvement methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
