WHAT WILL YOU DO?
The addition of a Transformation Strategy Advisor will enhance our capacity to engage with key accounts, driving pre- and post-sales activities that align with our customers’ strategic goals. This role will focus on fostering relationships at the C-level and ensuring sustained engagement for renewal and expansion opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within major accounts, ensuring alignment with their transformation strategies.
2. Pre-Sales Activities: Collaborate with account executives to identify customer needs and tailor solutions that address their unique challenges.
3. Post-Sales Support: Act as a trusted advisor post-implementation, providing insights and strategies to maximize the value of our solutions, thus driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Pipeline Expansion: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts, contributing to revenue growth.
5. Market Insights: Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine our approach and offerings in the public sector space.

Investing in a Transformation Strategy Advisor is critical for Oracle’s success in the public sector. This role will not only facilitate deeper relationships with major accounts but also drive significant business outcomes through enhanced customer engagement and strategic alignment.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Extensive knowledge of business applications

4-12 years of experience as pre-sales or implementation consultant in enterprise transformation projects or Consulting roles.

Very good understanding of Business applications and solution interaction with other solutions, like: HCM, ERP, EPM, Projects, Procurement, Supply Chain or any other solutions.

Experience implementing or demonstrating any software like Oracle or SAP

Previous work experience in a sales, pre-sales, product management, or consulting role will also be considered a plus.

Ability to apply technology to drive innovation, experience in utilising design thinking and customer journey mapping a plus

Bachelors / Masters degree or equivalent desirable

Fluent in Arabic and English

Travel is required, approx. 30%
