JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proficient English speaker to join our team as an Outbound Call Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for making 60-100 calls per day to potential candidates using a provided script. The primary objective is to identify candidates who are interested in our offerings and to record their positive responses on a data sheet.
Key Responsibilities:
Make 60-100 outbound calls daily during the designated hours.
Follow the provided script accurately and professionally.
Record positive responses (i.e., candidates who express interest) on a data sheet.
Maintain a high level of professionalism during calls, as all calls are recorded.
Focus solely on making calls; do not respond to text messages or direct messages.
Requirements:
Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
Reliable internet connection and access to a phone or computer for making calls.
Ability to follow a script and accurately record responses.
Comfortable with all calls being recorded for quality and training purposes.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
