ISTA Personnel Solutions South Africa – we are a global BPO company, partnering with a US-based client, who is a mobile veterinarian company, and sends veterinarian technicians to client homes. We are seeking sales driven individuals for their Outbound Sales Agent roles, to work remotely from South Africa.
The outbound sales agent role involves reaching out to a list of over 3,000 clients to promote veterinary membership sales. Approximately 400 clients already match the membership levels offered by the Vets, which will be proposed to them, while the remaining clients are categorized into a basic tier. A pilot program with 200 customers will be conducted to determine which of the three membership tiers has the highest conversion rate, and the successful tier will be the focus for the sales team. If clients do not answer, an SMS follow-up will be sent. Inbound calls from potential members will be routed directly to the sales team.
Agents are expected to average 7 minutes per call, recognizing that many calls will result in voicemails or no answers. The anticipated answer rate for sales calls is approximately 20-25%, with each agent expected to make around 130 calls per day.
PLEASE NOTE:
Working Hours: This role requires you to work US hours from Mon to Fri 9am – 6pm EST (15h00 – 24:00 South African Time)
Work Environment: This is a remote role for South African Citizens only.
Internet (fibre): Candidates must possess a fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for both upload and download, capable of supporting a wired Ethernet connection
Power backup: Candidates must have a power backup solution to manage loadshedding or power outages.
Requirements
Stable sales background (veterinarian or pet industry or similar sales experience will be an added benefit)
Soft Skills (Excellent and fluent in English)
Good phone personality
Experience within the veterinary of pet industry will be advantageous.
Candidates must possess a fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for both upload and download, capable of supporting a wired Ethernet connection, as well as a power backup solution to manage loadshedding or power outages.
