Position : Outdoor Sales Representative – Addis Ababa
We are seeking a professional Outdoor Sales Representative as an ambassador for us in Ethiopia to help us open the local new market.
Until now we already have a mature plan of products selecting, expanding customers, and setting up an office which we already operate in several countries like Uzbekistan, Ghana, and Kenya.

Responsibilities :
Your main work is to find potential customers who are able to import related products in China and introduce our company and product to them in advance.
Figuring out whether the customer is interested in cooperating with us. If yes, you have to resign these customer information on the system then our sales team will contact these customers to close the deal.
Helping us to negotiate with customers and gain their trust when they have intention to cooperate with us.
Once we make a deal with them, you can get 1% of the amount of order as a bonus.
Job Target:
Establish and develop customer relationships, complete at least 25 new customer information collection and relationship building every month；
Coordinate the China team’s business and key customer relationships, and accept tasks assigned by superiors, including customer visits, phone calls, collections and customer maintenance；
Collect market information, product information, exhibition information, customer information.

Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
Familiar with the B2B sales process and have the ability to independently develop and maintain stable customer relationships.
Better have more than three years of sales experience, preferably those with sales experience in tires, wallpaper, hardware, building materials, and small household appliances related products;
Bachelor degree or above, no major limit;
Excellent communication skills, excellent sales skills, and good professional ethics.
