Job Description:
Working in outreach and mobile areas
Provides vaccination services considering humanitarian principles (Humanity, impartiality, Neutrality and independency)
Provides immunization services for MOPH targeted group ( women and children)
Ensures vaccine supplies are available and kept in proper temperature
Responsible for implementing MoPH/ NEPI guidelines and its follow up.
Provides vaccines as per guide lines to eligible clients.
Fills and submits monthly vaccine repot in MoPH/EPI reporting forms to AADA sub office.
Participates actively in national immunization days as required
Maintains filling system and keeps the records.
Requests vaccines as per guideline and catchment area population.
Keeps stock register to all vaccine supplies.
Perform any other official task assigned by immediate supervisor
Job Requirements:
Graduate from 12th class, preferred to higher educate.
At least 1 years of experience is required.
Administrative, management and organizational skills, including time management required.
Willingness and ability to travel to remote health facilities and villages;
Fluency in written and spoken local languages;
Knowledge of local environment;
