About the Client
The client is a high-performing, white-label digital marketing fulfillment agency serving marketing agencies across the U.S. With a fully remote team of 30+ professionals based in the Philippines and India, they deliver scalable SEO, PPC, web development, and branding, always with a personal, high-quality touch.
As part of an initiative to bring PPC operations back in-house, they are building a lean, results-focused team to take ownership of paid media strategy and performance for their agency partners.
About the Role
The client is seeking a Paid Media Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing Google and Meta ad campaigns from strategy through execution. You’ll manage local lead generation campaigns across industries such as healthcare, legal, auto, and home services.
This is an internal-facing role with no client communication. You’ll collaborate with account managers and the PPC Team Lead to deliver high-performing campaigns that generate real leads, not just traffic.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage local lead generation campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
Set up and maintain conversion tracking via GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel with precision
Optimize campaigns for lead quality, ROI, and conversion performance
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with the client’s goals and KPIs
Monitor, analyze, and adjust campaigns proactively using internal and platform dashboards
Contribute to scaling paid media operations with process improvements and documentation
Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in paid media, specifically with Google Ads and Meta Ads
Proven success managing local service campaigns focused on lead generation
Strong technical understanding of conversion tracking setups (GTM, GA4, CRM integrations)
Skilled in audience targeting, segmentation, and data-driven optimization
Self-motivated with a high level of accountability and attention to detail
Ability to work independently without constant supervision
Bonus: Experience with Bing Ads
Bonus: Prior experience in a leadership role or readiness to grow into one
Benefits
Compensation: $2,700/month (with potential increase after 90 days based on performance)
