This is an exciting opportunity for either a commercial paralegal or junior legal counsel to contribute to the legal department of a leading business in the engineering & construction sector.
Provide day to day legal support to the Spanish entity and support company lawyers and employees in other company entities as required
Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, licenses and other appropriate legal documents in English & Spanish
Provides advice and support on Spanish public procurement regulations
Conducts research on projects as directed by corporate lawyers
Research, review and ensure the company’s compliance with regulations
Assists internally in analyzing documents
Compiles data from trusted legal resources

A legal qualification in either England or Spain.
2+years experience Commercial contracts or corporate legal experience
Proficiency in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Familiarity with local and international legal frameworks.
