Our client a PR agency are currently looking to recruit a Part Time Accounts Assistant to join their expanding team.
Reporting to the Financial Controller the role will involve
Accounts Payable
Processing invoice
Creditor reconciliations
Monthly payment run
Debtors
Invoicing
Allocating payments
Credit Control
Bank reconciliations
Assist with the Vat Return
Assist the Financial Controller with month end tasks
Suitable candidates will have a number of years broad accounting experience with strong systems experience.
The clients office is Based in Dublin city centre but this role can mainly be done remotely with the odd day in the office.
