Seeking a detail-oriented and organized remote based Part-Time Benefits Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and administering employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and providing excellent support to employees regarding their benefits options.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and other related benefits.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
Maintain and update benefits records and documentation in HR systems.
Coordinate open enrollment periods and benefits orientation sessions.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations (e.g., ACA, ERISA).
Collaborate with insurance carriers, brokers, and vendors to resolve issues and optimize benefits offerings.
Assist with benefits reporting and auditing as needed.
Support HR team with other administrative tasks as assigned.

Proven experience in benefits administration or a related HR role.
Familiarity with employee benefits programs and regulations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency with HRIS and benefits administration software preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a part-time capacity.
