The National Statistics Office (NSO) is seeking motivated and articulate individuals to join our dynamic team as Part-Time Casual Remote Telephone Interviewers. This fully remote opportunity offers flexible hours and the chance to contribute to nationally significant statistical surveys.
What You’ll Do
As a telephone interviewer, you will be conducting structured interviews with selected individuals as part of various national surveys. All surveys are conducted via telephone and supported through a laptop.
You’ll work from the comfort of your home, with the support and guidance of the NSO team.
Key Features
Part-Time Casual Position
Fully Remote – Ability to work from any quiet environment
Flexible working hours between 08:30hrs and 12:30hrs, and 16:00hrs and 20:00hrs (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays).
Attractive compensation:
Approx. 20 euro per hour
Paid training session of up to 6 hours on your first day at 10 euro per hour (paid upon completion of the project and contract)

Ongoing support from NSO supervisors throughout your assignment
Requirements
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow set instructions
Confidence using computers, Microsoft Office 365 Suit and web-based tools
Access to a quiet environment, and internet connection
Previous interviewing or customer service experience is considered an asset, but not compulsory
