We are looking for passionate Client Relations Appointment Setters to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and booking client meetings over Zoom. You will use your knowledge and expertise to understand customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions that exceed their expectations. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent customer service skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You must also have a strong understanding of Zoom, Google calendar, Microsoft Excel and Calendly. Experience with employee benefits and the ability to interpret policies and plan documents is A+. An understanding of Roths, IRAs, 401Ks, and savings accounts and other related benefits is also A+. If you are highly motivated, possess a strong understanding of building relationships with people, have customer service skills, and have a commitment to providing exceptional service, we want to hear from you!

Provide exceptional customer service

Setting up potential clients with stakeholders to determine best solutions

Understand customer needs and troubleshoot issues

Maintain organized and detailed records and reports

Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrate strong knowledge of employee benefits

Interpret benefits and plan documents

Have an understanding of related employee benefit accounts and be able to learn quickly

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service

Perform administrative duties as required

Requirements
Responsibilities include:

Scheduled appointments via appropriate systems and strategies

Obtain customer information and set sales appointments

Check for available appointment times and book appointments in a computerized system

Setting appointments for prospective and interested customers

Set appointments for the sales team

Talent management, recruiting, sourcing and talent development

Setting promotional appointments with interested customers

Call the customer to confirm appointment and follow up with any missed appointments

Exceed appointments made /appointments show goal per designated assignment

Paid after outside sales completes scheduled appointment with prospect and must close business

Calling or meeting with prospects, qualifying and appointment setting

Setting up service appointments

Making presentations and presenting it to a group of prospects

Business development essential duties

Set appointments with new businesses

Set appointments for representative meetings

Achieve a high number of completed sales appointments

Notify necessary departments when an appointment is scheduled

Identify potential clients and set appointments for top sales executives
